TK learned about important people in American history, and Martin Luther King Jr. was one of them! We learned that his goal was to spread kindness. Martin Luther King Jr. did just that by visiting sick people at hospitals. Last week, TK paid it forward and planted flowers at the Hartley nursing home and assisted living!

Our 5th and 6th grade band brought music and joy to residents at the Sanborn and Hartley nursing homes Wednesday, May 7th! The performances were a hit—and so was the entertaining chaos of loading and unloading instruments/equipment.
We wrapped up with a quick drink stop at the Grain House, thanks to our awesome Music Boosters. A fun and successful day all around!
